Even though I changed the topic and content, my initial research still gave me some inspiration and help. First, I went to the official websites of various brands to understand their brand background. It turns out that Apple’s website layout is full of technology and not too complicated. This inspired me to learn their typography. I changed the background of the site to white and listed the product types at the top of the site. The content in the middle of the site is displayed in pictures and text. I think this will help customers see my products better. Then I went to MUJI’s website and found that MUJI had a special page called “latest news”. This page contains the latest news about MUJI. So I also learned MUJI and added an “Information” section to my website. This section provides some latest news of street fashion brand to let customers know more about street culture.
The biggest achievement for me is the establishment of the “Information” section. Because now many people buy street fashion because it is popular, few people know the culture of street fashion. I made this section to let you know more about street culture. And I think it makes my site more comprehensive and special.
If I have more time in the future or execute this project again. I hope I can learn to add the “shopping cart” section to complete the purchase concept. And can fix the problem of picture size.
