We visited Serpentine Galleries on Friday. It is an art gallery on the serpentine lake in Kensington Gardens, London. The serpentine gallery, which is divided into two sections and focuses on contemporary art related to modern art, was designed by renowned artist j. Grey West in 1970.

I saw this gallery on the Internet before, and I was very interested in this exhibition, so I searched a lot of materials about this gallery, among which the painting I was most interested in was this one. This painting is called American Collection It’s by Faith Ringgold. For more than five decades, Ringgold has consistently challenged perceptions of African American identity and gender inequality through the lenses of the feminist and the civil rights movements.
I like this painting because it shows me the injustice of human rights, the social status of African Americans and their tortuous history. I learned that we should protect human rights, no racial discrimination, and follow the rules of a democratic society so that everyone can enjoy the same rights .
